font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Coordinate with Crew Members, Superintendents, and Project Managers to manage scheduling, scope of work, and daily jobsite activities, including communicating any scope changes before execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lead and support crew performance and development, ensuring productivity, accountability, and proper time tracking while resolving any timesheet discrepancies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Document daily jobsite activity including production, quality control, and jobsite updates through accurate daily logs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Communicate and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and other trades to resolve issues and keep work progressing smoothly.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Manage jobsite readiness, materials, and equipment, including weather monitoring, end-of-day job protection, inventory coordination, and proper maintenance/storage of tools, vehicles, and trailers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Maintain project schedules and production goals to ensure projects stay on time and within labor hour targets.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
