That is why we are constantly looking for new talent to add to our growing ranks of Electrical, Civil, Tower, and Solar teams.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, remove, configure and make repairs to telecommunications equipment in cell sites and related systems; maintain and install power equipment.</li>\n<li>Climb towers, poles and other structures to install, reconfigure and repair microwave and other antenna and cable equipment.</li>\n<li>Operate electronic test equipment including cable testers, fiber testers, battery testers and other RF analysis equipment.</li>\n<li>Install outdoor cell site systems including cabinets, associated conduits, and ice bridges.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and evaluate data related to microwave systems.</li>\n<li>Perform power, fiber optic, cat5/cat6, waveguide and coaxial cable installations and testing.</li>\n<li>Read Scope of Work (SOW) documents and delivers project outcomes to scope and as directed.</li>\n<li>Assist Technician III to rack and mount fixed telecom equipment; assist Technician III in maintaining, installing, configuring, adjusting and making minor repairs to microwave systems, including towers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to work at heights up to 500’.</li>\n<li>Must be able to work outside of normal business hours (i.e., shift work), to include nights and weekends, when needed.</li>\n<li>Self-starter with the desire and ability to learn and retain new knowledge.</li>\n<li>Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Good work ethic and positive attitude.</li>\n<li>Reliability and a team mentality is a must.</li>\n<li>Ability to learn and retain physical and mechanical installation specifications.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass preliminary drug screening, criminal background check and driving background check.</li>\n<li>Able to lift, carry, push, pull 75+ lbs.</li>\n<li>Must be reliable, punctual and able to learn and retain new information.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation preferred</li>\n<li>Competent Tower Climbing Certification</li>\n<li>RF Safety and Awareness Certification</li>\n<li>CPR/First Aid Certified</li>\n<li>Bloodborne Pathogens </li>\n<li>OSHA 10</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive wages DOE</li>\n<li>Overtime</li>\n<li>10 Paid Days Off to Accrue in First Year and Increase Annually</li>\n<li>7 Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit </li>\n<li>Excellent Medical, Dental + Vision Benefits</li>\n<li>401K Plan</li>\n<li>Life Insurance + Long-Term Disability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Capstone strongly encourages applications from military veterans!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screen, and pre-employment physical. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Position: Full-Time</span></p>",
