You&#8217;ll drive the product vision, own the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Own and manage the <strong>product vision, strategy, and roadmap</strong> for one or more digital initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with <strong>clients, business stakeholders, and engineering teams</strong> (.NET, Angular, and Cloud) to align business objectives with technical solutions.</p></li><li><p>Translate business requirements into <strong>clear, actionable user stories</strong> with well-defined acceptance criteria.</p></li><li><p>Prioritize and manage the <strong>product backlog</strong>, balancing strategic goals, technical dependencies, and customer value.</p></li><li><p>Facilitate <strong>sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management</strong> with Scrum Masters and technical leads.</p></li><li><p>Act as the <strong>decision-maker</strong> for scope and priorities during sprint execution, ensuring alignment with the overall product vision.</p></li><li><p>Conduct <strong>stakeholder demos, UAT sessions, and post-release reviews</strong> to validate results and gather feedback.</p></li><li><p>Monitor <strong>product performance and adoption</strong>, using insights to guide continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Foster strong collaboration between <strong>design, development, and QA teams</strong> to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of experience in <strong>Product Ownership or Business Analysis</strong> within software development environments.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record working with <strong>Agile delivery frameworks</strong> (Scrum or Kanban).</p></li><li><p>Strong ability to <strong>translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience collaborating with <strong>cross-functional engineering teams</strong> using .NET, Angular, and cloud platforms (<strong>Azure or AWS preferred</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Excellent <strong>communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management</strong> skills &#8212; capable of influencing decisions across business and technical domains.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with <strong>Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart</strong>, or similar collaboration tools.</p></li><li><p>Strong command of <strong>English (written and spoken)</strong> for global collaboration.</p></li><li><p>A <strong>proactive, ownership-driven mindset</strong> with a passion for delivering measurable outcomes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience managing <strong>enterprise-level applications</strong> or working in <strong>regulated industries</strong> (e.g., manufacturing, finance, healthcare).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>data-driven decision-making</strong>, analytics tools, or <strong>basic SQL</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Exposure to <strong>UX/UI principles</strong> and <strong>design thinking methodologies</strong>.</p></li><li><p><strong>Product Owner or Agile certification</strong> (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.<br><br>This is a hybrid role, 2 - 3 days onsite in Monterrey, Mexico is&#160;required.</p></li></ul>",
