We are looking for someone who has the avaliabilty to work 7am -3pm Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Friday. Join a team who has fun together and enjoys interacting with our caring residents. </p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Hourly pay with paid meal breaks and complimentary food for Dining Service staff.</li>\n <li>Scholarship Program / Education Assistance.</li>\n <li>Employee Recognition.</li>\n <li>Employee Assistance Program.</li>\n <li>Health Benefits available with a minimum of 30 hours per week.</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Retirement Savings with company match. </li>\n <li>Generous Earned Time Program.</li>\n <li>Time and one - half paid for all hours worked on six major holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>RESPONIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Responsible for picking up menus from each resident and assisting those who need help in filling them out according to diet breakdown sheets.</li>\n <li> Tallies menus and prepares tally sheets with a high degree of accuracy.</li>\n <li>Delivers cart to prospective floor/area and distributes prepared trays to resident tables or rooms.</li>\n <li>Calls diets and checks trays during trayline with a high degree of accuracy.  </li>\n <li> Maintains resident files and records all diet changes.</li>\n <li> Reports any nutritional concerns to manager on duty.</li>\n <li>Performing a variety of dietary tasks including dining room setup/breakdown, meal delivery, dish washing, and cross train in various dining environments including healthcare, casual and restaurant-style service for residents and guests.</li>\n <li> Performs additional duties as assigned by manager on duty.</li>\n <li> Assumes responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment.</li>\n <li> Attending annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintains a professional image to all residents and guests.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 15 years of age or older.</li>\n <li>Possesses an understanding of the different threapeutic diets offered.</li>\n <li> Able to interact well with residents.</li>\n <li> Possesses the ability to check trays with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.</li>\n <li>Willingness to cross train, understand and perform other roles and responsibilities within the department. </li>\n <li>Must be willing to perform routine, repetitive tasks on a continuing basis.. </li>\n <li>Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50lb. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Silverstone Living is a non-profit organization supporting Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua,At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.
