You will act as a trusted technical authority for customers while shaping product direction through deep collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Contribute</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the technical engagement with key customers and partners, serving as the lead technical authority from early architecture discussions through deployment and production</li>\n<li>Drive strategic design wins with hyperscale’s, AI system builders, ASIC vendors, and system integrators by aligning Ranovus technology with customer roadmaps</li>\n<li>Partner closely with business development and marketing to identify high‑value applications, influence account strategy, and support long‑term customer success</li>\n<li>Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical inputs for product management and engineering teams, influencing architecture, features, and roadmap priorities</li>\n<li>Lead system integration, platform bring‑up, and debug activities for customer designs incorporating Ranovus silicon photonics solutions</li>\n<li>Deliver compelling technical demonstrations, deep‑dive reviews, and executive‑level presentations for customers and at major industry events</li>\n<li>Contribute to high‑quality technical collateral including application notes, reference designs, evaluation guides, and customer training material</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Bring</span> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, or System Engineer in a semiconductor, optical, or systems company</li>\n<li>Deep hands‑on expertise in high‑speed SerDes and electrical/optical interconnects, including hardware bring‑up and system‑level debug</li>\n<li>Strong background supporting datacenter, AI networking, or telecom customers in highly technical, customer‑driven environments</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success enabling new products, supporting customer evaluations, and securing production design wins</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of optical communications, silicon photonics, and data center architectures</li>\n<li>Working knowledge of industry standards and ecosystems such as IEEE 802.3 Ethernet, OIF, PCIe/CXL, and relevant MSAs</li>\n<li>Familiarity with AI networking infrastructure, including scale‑up and scale‑out system architectures</li>\n<li>Excellent technical communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both engineering and senior technical leadership levels</li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with proven troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and system‑level thinking skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional, and customer‑focused environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Asset</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with CPO, LPO, NPO, and pluggable optical module technologies</li>\n<li>Exposure to lasers, high‑speed optical transceivers, and photonic integrated circuits (PICs)</li>\n<li>Experience spanning hardware design, software interaction, system verification, and qualification</li>\n<li>Hands‑on experience supporting on‑site customer bring‑up and partner engagements</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required education</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postgraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Optics, Photonics, or a related field</li>\n<li>Exceptional candidates with a bachelor’s degree and significant relevant experience will be considered</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We appreciate the time you invest in exploring opportunities with us.
