    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We’re seeking a well-rounded Facilities &amp; Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of manufacturing and facility equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and building systems.</p><p><br>Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM<br>Must be open to occasional overtime and on-call rotation.<br>________________________________________<br>Key Responsibilities<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintain production and facility equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime through diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Diagnose and maintain CNC lathes and related machining equipment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, air compressors, and fire &amp; life safety systems&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinate and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of production and facility equipment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General upkeep of interior and exterior of facility, including painting, occasional ground maintenance, furniture assembly, assist with renovations and reconfiguration of existing equipment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including OSHA standards and company protocols<br>________________________________________<br>Qualifications<br>Required:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Working knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, CNC machines, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and vacuum systems<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to troubleshoot basic components of CNC equipment (e.g., drives, motors, fluid systems)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers (e.g., CNC technical support, calibration service technicians, equipment suppliers) for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High school diploma or GED (technical/trade school preferred)<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Demonstrated verbal and written communication as well as basic computer skills&nbsp;<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational skills and attention to details and schedules.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Capable of researching, ordering, and installing repair parts<br>Physical Requirements:<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Willingness to wear PPE, including safety glasses, for extended periods<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Steel toe boots required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work at heights and from ladders as needed</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-CS1<br>&nbsp;</p>",
