Completes all assignments of ware and utensil washing; keeps kitchen area clean throughout the shift, including appropriate removal and disposal of trash and waste materials. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Essential Duties & Responsibilites:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Wash all dishes, glassware, silver, kitchenware and utensils as required.</li>\n <li>Maintain all back of the house areas in a clean and orderly fashion.</li>\n <li>Perform deep cleaning as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n <li>Become well versed in all ware washing equipment operation and maintenance.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all Corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.</li>\n <li>Notify supervising Chef immediately if kitchen and equipment are not in good, safe working order.</li>\n <li>Must work well under pressure, and meet multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all corporate and local policies, procedures, and operating guidelines. </li>\n <li>Must at all times demonstrate ethical and cooperative behavior with guests, co-workers and leadership.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.</li>\n <li>Follow all cleaning, sanitation and PPE position specific guidelines.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> Supervisory Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<p>To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
