This role is ideal for someone with strong technical abilities, a solid understanding of site design principles, and experience working on private or public land development projects within a consulting environment.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Your responsibilities will include:</span></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare site civil design plans, including site layout, grading, drainage, water, sanitary sewer, utilities, and erosion control</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Complete Stormwater Management Designs</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develop construction documents, reports, and technical calculations</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with permitting processes at local and state levels</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Coordinate with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0in; font-size: 14px;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">5&ndash;7 years of experience in land development within a consulting firm</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Strong understanding of grading, drainage, utility design, and site layout</li><li style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
