You’ll grow your portfolio by building new relationships and deepening existing ones, focusing on strategic guidance, cross-selling opportunities, and seamless client service. Collaboration with internal partners is key to meeting client needs while managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.</p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet or exceed individual sales and retention goals while ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Independently grow your portfolio through client referrals, networking, and targeted outreach.</li>\n <li>Lead the delivery of financial services to corporate clients, ensuring alignment with credit quality standards and production goals.</li>\n <li>Present and promote banking solutions with confidence and clarity to both existing and prospective clients.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Risk Officers, Treasury Management, Client Services, and Product Specialists to deliver a full-service experience.</li>\n <li>Make informed decisions on overdrafts, wires, pricing, and structuring within your authority.</li>\n <li>Negotiate loan terms based on risk, market conditions, and overall client relationship value.</li>\n <li>Review and underwrite new and renewal loan requests in partnership with Risk Officers, ensuring adherence to credit policies.</li>\n <li>Monitor portfolio quality, manage past due loans, and proactively address potential issues.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely and accurate reporting, and that all loans are closed in accordance with internal procedures and legal requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>What you Bring:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>8-10 years of commercial lending experience required.</li>\n <li>Formal credit training from a national or large regional bank preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and credit analysis.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to build and grow client relationships in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field preferred. </li>\n <li>An equivalent combination of education and/or relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Special Instructions to Candidates</h2>\n<p>City National Bank of Florida is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants.
