Your skills are essential to our success, and we’re here to help you achieve your career goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Educate customers in new comfort systems.</li>\n <li>Execute sales presentations as outlined in Charleston Bath Expert sales procedures, building the value greater than the customer’s investment.</li>\n <li>Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.</li>\n <li>Assist customers to achieve healthy, comfortable, safe environments by asking questions to find out what their needs are.</li>\n <li>Obtain customer authorized agreement for all jobs.</li>\n <li>Complete proposals and price jobs for our customers within the guidelines set forth by the Company standards.</li>\n <li>Actively pursue referrals from satisfied customers.</li>\n <li>Follow-up site visits to ensure quality, and 100% customer satisfaction</li>\n <li>Ensure profitability of the department by accurately proposing all jobs, using book pricing, with the emphasis on quality and value.</li>\n <li>Review all jobs with the department manager.</li>\n <li>Communicate with our support staff, in a timely and efficient manner details of jobs, financing and job scheduling.</li>\n <li>Submit via email pictures and required forms in a timely fashion and describe in detail specifications for finishing the job as was promised to the customer.</li>\n <li>Communicate to Installers the job requirements and expectations of the customer through verbal communication, pictures, drawings, and written forms.</li>\n <li>Maintain contact with Installers and customers during installation to ensure a quality system is installed.</li>\n <li>Prospect for new customers by outbound calling or contact neighbors of recent installation customers to increase customer base and personal income.</li>\n <li>Attend and participate in regular scheduled sales meetings, special sales training and technician technical training meetings on relevant topics.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You Need:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma.</li>\n <li>Must pass a drug screen, background, and motor vehicle check</li>\n <li>Possess at least 3 years of Sales experience.</li>\n <li>1 years of HVAC experience preferred</li>\n <li>Physical Dexterity</li>\n <li>Flexible working hours day/nights/weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly pay | UNCAPPED earning potential!</li>\n <li>Year-round work</li>\n <li>Fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, tablet, and uniform</li>\n <li>Robust benefits package – health, dental, vision insurance, 401k match, IRA, and more</li>\n <li>Get your birthday off + get paid for that day!</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays + PTO accrual from day one!</li>\n <li>Parental Leave</li>\n <li>Paid Training</li>\n <li>Employee Referral Bonus</li>\n <li>Career growth opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
