The deal also facilitates the distribution of Castillo Hermanos&rsquo;s brands, meeting nostalgia-driven demand from US Hispanic consumers.</p><p>Harvest Hill is headquartered in Stamford, CT with a nationwide network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, employing close to 1,000 employees in the United States.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The IT Application Support Leader will be responsible for the day-to-day support of internal business systems and third-party applications, while also contributing to new implementations and system enhancements. This role requires a strong background in application support, development, and integration within an automated enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen to ensure system reliability and continuous improvement. &nbsp;This position can be located in Cincinnati, OH or Stamford, CT.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for application support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.</li><li>Work directly with end-users to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to ERP and integrated systems.</li><li>Act as a liaison between internal development teams, external vendors, and business users to ensure effective communication and solution delivery.</li><li>Analyze complex problems and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Document systems, processes, and configurations thoroughly for knowledge sharing and compliance.</li><li>Perform application configuration and research to enable new functionality and improve existing processes.</li><li>Participate in the software development lifecycle, supporting projects from initiation through deployment.</li><li>Monitor ETL processes and respond to alerts, including on-call support as needed.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements in all support activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in IT application support or a similar technical support role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of application support methodologies, incident management, and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.</li><li>Proficiency with XML, Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and flat file integrations.</li><li>Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication (oral and written), and interpersonal skills, in person and remotely.</li><li>Ability to support a 24x7 manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Abilit to travel as needed (approximately 25% of time).</li><li>Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
