Fluency in English is mandatory.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities of the Position:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform advanced troubleshooting on packaging lines, perform immediate repairs, execute preventative maintenance on packaging lines</li><li>Assemble and install new equipment and packaging lines</li><li>Assist with packaging line setups if needed</li><li>Provide Maintenance support during product trials</li><li>Assist with and train Operators on autonomous maintenance procedures</li><li>Suggest, request, and manage parts and inventory to ensure timely maintenance and repair operations.</li><li>Comply with requirements regarding logged work in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)</li><li>Resolve work requests that come in via radio calls</li><li>Escalate issues using the help chain and participate in DMS 1 communications</li><li>Successfully train Maintenance Technician I associates on maintaining primary packaging equipment</li><li>Rebuild and fabricate parts</li><li>Maintain 5S standards and a clean and safe work area</li><li>Enforce company rules regarding safety, discipline, cooperation, and teamwork.
