Magazine as a fastest-growing private US small business.  We work with U.S. government customers in health, civilian, and national security missions.  Analytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.  <br> <br><strong>Responsibilities include (but not limited to): </strong></p><ul><li>Provide systems administration support for Windows server and workstation environments that sustain DHA mission and healthcare operations. </li><li>Administer Active Directory, including organizational units, group policy, user and service accounts, and role-based access controls. </li><li>Implement and maintain secure system baselines in accordance with DISA STIGs, DHA or DoD cybersecurity requirements, and approved configuration standards. </li><li>Apply operating system, application, and firmware updates within established maintenance windows and remediate vulnerabilities identified through ACAS scans, security assessments, and compliance reviews. </li><li>Monitor system availability, audit logs, and performance metrics to maintain operational readiness, security, and service continuity. </li><li>Provision, configure, image, and maintain servers, workstations, and associated peripheral equipment. </li><li>Support backup, restoration, continuity of operations, and disaster recovery activities for mission-essential systems and data. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve escalated system, authentication, application, and network-related issues across local and remote environments. </li><li>Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, configuration records, inventory data, and compliance artifacts. </li><li>Support RMF and cybersecurity activities by implementing technical controls, assisting with audits, and maintaining evidence for assessments and authorizations. </li><li>Coordinate with network, cybersecurity, engineering, and service desk teams to support infrastructure changes, incident response, and steady-state operations. </li><li>Provide on-site support within controlled or secure environments, including approved collaboration, printing, and communication systems, as required. </li></ul><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong>  </p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. </li><li>4+ years of experience providing Tier I, Tier II, or Tier III IT support. </li><li>2+ years of experience administering Windows Server 2012 or later. </li><li>Experience with basic network configuration and troubleshooting. </li><li>Experience replacing and troubleshooting PC and server hardware. </li><li>Experience collecting and evaluating operating system performance data. </li><li>Experience identifying and diagnosing hardware failures. </li><li>Experience administering Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. </li><li>Experience administering Microsoft File and Print Services. </li><li>Active Secret security clearance. </li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience with Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM). </li><li>Experience administering Active Directory. </li><li>Experience supporting Virtual Tele-Conference (VTC) systems. </li><li>Experience administering Linux servers. </li><li>Experience supporting systems within the DoD NIPRNET environment. </li><li>Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere. </li><li>Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker. </li><li>Knowledge of container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes. </li><li>Knowledge of internet protocols, operating system security controls, and network configuration principles. </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM). </li><li>Experience administering centralized authentication services such as Active Directory or LDAP. </li><li>Experience with IP network operations, including switching, routing, firewalls, and subnetting. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing, issue tracking, and collaboration tools. </li><li>Experience supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities. </li><li>Experience with SQL Server 2019. </li></ul><p><strong>Desired</strong> </p><ul><li>Experience with Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems. </li><li>Familiarity with Tanzu, Rancher, and Kubernetes</li></ul><p></p><p>Analytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
