Receives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor or Lead Security Officer. Performs a variety of security responsibilities to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, hazardous materials, and illegal entry.

Required qualifications:

Associate's Degree.
1 year Law Enforcement/Security/Military experience or two years of responsible work experience and prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Related college course work may substitute for one year of experience.
