The Coffee Shop Manager will play a key role in creating meaningful employment and training opportunities through our Employment Program while leading teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<p><span>• Oversee daily operations across multiple coffee shop locations</span><br><span>• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, inventory management, and ordering</span><br><span>• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality</span><br><span>• Support the development and mentorship of coffee shop staff</span><br><span>• Collaborate with the Employment Program team to support participant placements and workplace skill development</span><br><span>• Promote the coffee shops as welcoming community hubs that reflect Ruth &amp; Naomi's Mission and values</span><br><span>• Support growth, sustainability, and social enterprise initiatives</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Bring</span></p>\n<p><span>• Minimum 3 years of management experience in café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail food service environments</span><br><span>• Experience leading teams and fostering positive workplace culture</span><br><span>• Strong customer service, leadership, and organizational skills</span><br><span>• Experience in social enterprise, employment support, or nonprofit environments is considered an asset</span><br><span>• FoodSafe Level 1 certification (Level 2 considered an asset)</span><br><span>• Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and willingness to sign our statement of faith</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 18pt\">Compensation &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<p><span>• Salary of $60,000 – $65,000 dependent on experience</span><br><span>• Employer-paid extended health benefits</span><br><span>• RRSP matching program</span><br><span>• Education and training opportunities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(224, 62, 45); font-size: 18pt\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p><span>This is an opportunity to help grow social enterprises that create meaningful employment opportunities while serving our community.
