Description
The Account Executive serves as the primary contact to assigned clients and/or TPAs with goal of delivering the complete ProCareRX experience. The Account Executive is responsible for executing detailed, comprehensive, and accurate group/TPA implementations as well as group/TPA strategy meetings with the intent and goal of retention. In addition, this individual is expected to process reports, interpret data/analytics in a comprehensive manner, and clearly present detailed reporting to clients/TPA with an action plan and recommendations that are aligned with ProCareRx's corporate philosophies. The Account Executive must be able to tackle challenging questions which require in-depth review, analysis, evaluation, and detailed preparation.
