    "description": "<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Guest Transport Operator (29-Seater-bus) is responsible for working with fellow Team Members to ensure our Guests and Staff are transported in a safe, timely and professional manner. The Guest transport Operator (29-Seater-Bus) must also have a good understanding of our international ski school products and be able to assist with any of our Guest inquiries. All employees must comply with Company guidelines and procedures. The Guest Transport Operator (29-Seater-Bus) reports to the Guest Transport Supervisor/Manager.    </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong> POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations to ensure passengers have a smooth and safe ride.</li>\n<li>Make a conscious effort to observe and communicate any hazardous weather, road conditions or situation that might compromise the safety and success of the operation.</li>\n<li>Use wheel chocks and safe practice according to company procedure when loading and unloading passengers.</li>\n<li>Assist passengers on and off the bus, ensure they are seated properly, and help carry skis and equipment.</li>\n<li>Handle any incidents or accidents in a calm and professional manner in accordance with company procedure.</li>\n<li>Work within the team to ensure that the secondary duties: snow clearing, and the filling up of the kerosene tanks is performed when necessary.</li>\n<li>May also do snow shoveling and clearing from time to time as required on vehicle location or vehicle passage</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Ideal candidates will possess experience driving in snow, have good organisational skills, be well presented, be good at working in a team environment and enjoy meeting new people. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333; font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><em><span style=\"font-family: inherit\">Confidentiality &amp; Diversity</span> <br>Applications at Evergreen Outdoor Center are treated with strict confidentiality.
