Prepare and refine leadership materials (briefings, reports, talking points) that are concise, accurate, and aligned with OAA objectives. Manage OAA’s internal and external communications, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate messaging across audiences. Lead and oversee the OAA Executive Action team, setting priorities, reviewing outputs, and ensuring alignment with OAA leadership objectives. Facilitate productive meetings among OAA leadership, USAID Offices, and external stakeholders. Understand and translate office data and metrics for leadership decision making. Work on-site 5 days per week Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, International Affairs, Business, Communications, or related field and a minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible experience supporting senior leadership in dynamic, high-stakes environments. Demonstrated ability to: Manage executive-level coordination, tracking, and task execution. Lead and oversee communications functions, including staff/team management. Exercise sound judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence in sensitive situations. Build trust and foster collaboration across diverse teams without formal authority.
