Investigate and report all irregularities and make the correct adjustments when required. Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment</p>\n<h2>Essential Functions</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support and participate in food safety programs including SQF (Safe Quality Food) </li>\n <li>Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to maintain accuracy between EMW or ERP software and the physical quantities in the Mississauga warehouse. </li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including missing, damaged, or mis-located items.</li>\n <li>Investigate/Report large adjustments and variances as required </li>\n <li>Update and maintain accurate inventory records in the EWM (SAP) or ERP software.</li>\n <li>Assist in managing stock rotations, lot tracking, and FIFO/FEFO procedures (if applicable).</li>\n <li>Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and organization of warehouse inventory.</li>\n <li>Complete audits on both case and repack pallets/assignments</li>\n <li>Process return list </li>\n <li>Maintain reporting of completed audits</li>\n <li>Adhere to and implement all applicable company safety standards</li>\n <li>Review and update master SKU Table List</li>\n <li>Support annual physical inventory counts and audits.</li>\n <li>Auditing of outbound orders </li>\n <li>Investigate missed letdowns </li>\n <li>Other duties as requested by warehouse supervisor </li>\n <li>Comply with all warehouse safety policies and participate in maintaining a clean, safe work environment.</li>\n <li>Other duties and special project as required by warehouse supervisor </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fast-paced warehouse setting with exposure to multiple temperature zones, including:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Ambient (dry storage): 55°F–75°F (13°C–24°C)</li>\n   <li>Refrigerated/cooler: 32°F–45°F (0°C–7°C)</li>\n   <li>Frozen: -10°F–0°F (-23°C–-18°C)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.</li>\n <li>May require working in cold or freezer environments for extended periods.</li>\n <li>Use of warehouse equipment such as scissor lift, pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks.</li>\n <li>Role may involve early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on operational needs.</li>\n <li>Requires adherence to PPE guidelines, including cold-weather gear in low-temperature zones.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma and a minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in a distribution center</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in a similar role or clerical/inventory capacity.</li>\n <li>Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment (i.e., forklift narrow reach truck,pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.) preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate well with internal customers and management. </li>\n <li>Ability to follow safe working practices, as instructed. </li>\n <li>Ability to efficiently work independent of direct supervision.</li>\n <li>The associate is frequently required to stand, and walk while performing the duties and is subject to a warehouse environment where temperatures can vary from very cool to very warm. </li>\n <li>Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and databases).</li>\n <li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time</li>\n <li>Working in a multi-temperature environment</li>\n <li>Requires operation of MHE equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The base compensation range for this role is $20.15CAD - $25.96CAD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance. </p>",
