    "description": "<h2>What's the role?</h2>\n<p>As a software Engineer in Urban mobility service team you will:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and evaluate new algorithms to enhance transit system with more richer and accurate attributes.</li>\n <li>Design and Implement tools to enhance automated transit processing systems, involving backend/service-based software stacks, but also dashboard components for data tracking and analysis.</li>\n <li>Own and drive technical excellence and in-depth solutions in an innovative and fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Work with other engineering teams and internal customers to identify new opportunities, address critical needs, and solve complex problems using your development expertise</li>\n <li>Drive initiatives that contribute to the development of software that is efficient, reusable, and reliable (e.g. agile, coding, verification)</li>\n <li>Be part of an agile team, share knowledge, carry out code reviews</li>\n <li>Mentor and support juniors</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Who are you?</h2>\n<p>You are an experienced engineer with deep expertise in building back-end systems who can work independently in complex situations as well as lead others to solve challenging problems and find innovative solutions.In addition you have:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar technical degree</li>\n <li>6 to 12  years of relevant professional experience with Strong competence in GoLang or Python</li>\n <li>Expertise in Designing new system which meets both functional and non-functional requirements</li>\n <li>Proven track record of having designed and deployed large-scale & low latency cloud-based systems</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate complex solutions with technical and non-technical colleagues</li>\n <li>Extensive knowledge of algorithms and data structures</li>\n <li>Familiarity and hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Gitlab, Jenkins, GitHub, Gerrit, etc.</li>\n <li>Experience in cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, etc.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience deploying software using container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes</li>\n <li>Willingness to actively engage in DevOps tasks and occasional on-call support for the service</li>\n <li>Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring tools and performance analysis.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>HERE offers an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment with challenging problems to solve!
