      "content": "\n<li>Work cross-functionally through the operation and maintain a hands-on “lead by example” approach&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed by all employees in the unit&nbsp;and the site is in full compliance with all local and state laws while assisting with regulatory inspections&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of all store vendors, products/strains, and industry trends&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Assisting the team with inquiries, product information and service recovery while ensuring optimal organization is achieved&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the Floor and Inventory departments on all service and product related processes/matters</li>\n<li>Assist with the hiring, training, coaching, and development of employees and in any and all areas to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Delegate, manage, and empower the team to achieve an optimal performance&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Must be highly versed in conflict resolution for customer issues</li>\n<li>Act as the first point of contact for RA1/RA2 customer situations that need to be elevated</li>\n<li>Align with the Inventory/Floor Manager to set, meet, and manage all financial and operational goals.</li>\n<li>Partner with approved cash handling managers/supervisors to ensure the dispensary’s cash flow/intake is properly managed&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Implement and manage all Company policies and procedures&nbsp;</li>\n"
