    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assists in plant production and quality assurance while maintaining processes &amp; maximizing machine performance, safety, and quality</li>\n <li>Efficient machine set-ups</li>\n <li>Optimizing the use of automation</li>\n <li>Assist in changeovers and preventative maintenance, as required</li>\n <li>Conducts machine/material testing, as required</li>\n <li>Maintains a safe work environment</li>\n <li>Provide ongoing technical support to plant operations to ensure safety, productivity, quality and delivery performance for the plant</li>\n <li>Support Plant EIPs (Earnings Improvement Program)</li>\n <li>Complete machine start-ups, as changes are completed, including submitting start-up parts to QC for inspection</li>\n <li>Adjust processes as required to maintain dimensions to specifications</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to react to situations in a timely manner and be flexible with people and operational assets</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot operating and related process equipment and recommend solutions. Must have good problem-solving and reasoning skills</li>\n <li>Evaluate design proposals and implementation</li>\n <li>Maintain process documentation.</li>\n <li>Compile and evaluate test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process and material specifications.</li>\n <li>Be creative, organized self-starter that can work with little or no supervision</li>\n <li>Requires good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a cooperative environment.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and good manufacturing practices.</li>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter with the ability to work alone, or in a team environment with limited supervision</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking skills</li>\n <li>Fluent in English, with the ability to read, write and communicate</li>\n <li>Must be able to work safely in a manufacturing environment</li>\n</ul>",
