This role ensures the efficient handling, storage, processing, and distribution of bulk commodities and bagged goods while maintaining safety, compliance, and productivity standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of logistics within the maritime and port environment.</p><h3 data-section-id=\"165gfiz\" data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"862\"><strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"862\">Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"2153\"><li data-section-id=\"7nt2n6\" data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"1000\">Lead and manage all warehouse operations related to bulk materials and bagging processes, ensuring optimal throughput and efficiency</li><li data-section-id=\"14aifrd\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1098\">Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management</li><li data-section-id=\"1y2xec2\" data-start=\"1099\" data-end=\"1207\">Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and reporting of bulk and packaged goods</li><li data-section-id=\"iatwft\" data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1339\">Coordinate closely with port operations, vessel schedules, trucking companies, and rail providers to ensure seamless cargo flow</li><li data-section-id=\"gcmmqd\" data-start=\"1340\" data-end=\"1436\">Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including OSHA standards and company policies</li><li data-section-id=\"htmxqn\" data-start=\"1437\" data-end=\"1550\">Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for bulk handling, bagging, and storage operations</li><li data-section-id=\"b82nc0\" data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1676\">Monitor equipment usage and data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2293\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li data-section-id=\"1kkmjzp\" data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2407\">5+ years of warehouse or terminal operations experience, preferably in bulk commodities or maritime logistics</li><li data-section-id=\"cuiq4a\" data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2508\">Strong knowledge of bulk material handling, bagging operations, and warehouse management systems</li><li data-section-id=\"1ehs8fa\" data-start=\"2509\" data-end=\"2583\">Experience working in or alongside port operations is highly preferred</li><li data-section-id=\"jlpu2b\" data-start=\"2584\" data-end=\"2671\">Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced, industrial environment</li><li data-section-id=\"29pbde\" data-start=\"2672\" data-end=\"2757\">Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA) and environmental compliance
