    "jobDescription": "<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\"><b>The Role</b></span></p><p style=\"color:!important;\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">As the Senior University Relationships Lead, you will serve as the strategic owner of Fidelity’s university engagement strategy for the Covington, KY region while also driving project management and operational excellence across the University Strategy Team.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"color:!important;\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">In alignment with Fidelity’s workforce strategy and business priorities, you will act as the primary liaison between Fidelity, our undergraduate institutions, and community colleges. You will build, deepen, and sustain partnerships with career services, faculty, administration, student organizations, and alumni networks to strengthen brand awareness and create diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.</span></p><br /><p style=\"color:!important;\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">In addition, you will lead and support critical team-wide initiatives by driving project management across both technical and non-technical recruiting efforts. This includes managing cross-functional projects, improving operational processes, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and operational priorities that position the team for long-term success.</span></p><br /><p style=\"color:!important;\"><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\"><b><u>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</u></b></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 plus years of recruiting/talent acquisition</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent attraction and engagement strategies</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Deep expertise across the full campus recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, qualifying and assessing students, networking, university trends and relationship management.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Strong project management experience with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Proven ability to design, scale, and manage programs and initiatives&nbsp;with measurable outcomes</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Strong understanding of the university recruiting ecosystem, trends, and compliance </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Experience managing large-scale events to attract top talent </span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and drive data-informed decisions</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday), CRM tools, and platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, 12Twenty, etc.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</span></li></ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #4a4a4a;\">Travel for campus recruitment and regional events will be required throughout the university recruitment cycle to multiple markets (up to 40%).
