He or she enhances ministry services and events by ensuring that they are technically supported.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees and maintains all audio and lighting equipment of CWC on stage, backstage, in the sound booth, and in the fellowship hall.</li>\n<li>Mixes audio, monitors mixing, and audio recording.</li>\n<li>Oversees and maintains online service audio experience.</li>\n<li>Oversees lighting production and equipment.</li>\n<li>Creates lighting scenes for weekend services and events in the Main Sanctuary.</li>\n<li>Prepares audio/lighting aspects on stage for rehearsals, worship services, and events.</li>\n<li>Initiates successful communication with Production Director, Worship Director, ministry leaders, and event coordinators to meet audio/lighting needs.</li>\n<li>Oversees installation of audio and lighting equipment. This includes obtaining various quotes for potential purchases and expenses to be approved by the Executive of Outreach &amp; Guest Experience.</li>\n<li>Works in tandem with the Production Director to recruit, develop, train, disciple, and schedule audio/lighting volunteers through the Beyond Sunday framework.</li>\n<li>Communicates clearly and effectively with overseer, peers, and overall church staff.</li>\n<li>Understands goals and communicates the status of projects.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and display Christ-centered behavior (treating people with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity always).</li>\n<li>Can use a Mac Computer</li>\n<li>Skilled in all technical areas of running a soundboard.</li>\n<li>Experienced in audio and monitor mixing and audio recording.</li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate well in a team environment.</li>\n<li>Experienced in lighting design and maintaining lighting equipment.</li>\n<li>Familiar in the ONYX Lighting System.</li>\n<li>Able to learn on the job.</li>\n<li>Dependable, consistent, leader-analyst who professionally promotes good communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Excellent Communication and Social Skills</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and information.</li>\n<li>Active listening skills to understand the needs and concerns of the staff and congregation.</li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse groups of people.</li>\n<li>Demonstrates professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Organizational and Administrative Proficiency</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with administrative tools and systems to streamline operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Knowledgeable in Theology and Church Ministry</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A growing relationship with Jesus</li>\n<li>A solid foundation in biblical knowledge and theological principles.</li>\n<li>Understanding of the church’s mission, vision, and core values.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Ministry Experience</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in church leadership, pastoral ministry, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Experience in managing staff, leading teams, and overseeing church operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Personal Character</em></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong personal integrity and a lifestyle consistent with the scriptures.</li>\n<li>A servant-hearted approach to ministry and a genuine love for people.</li>\n<li>Humble, willing to receive correction, and actively seeks reconciliation.</li>\n</ul>",
