    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Senior Benefits Specialist at Linesight is responsible for the end‑to‑end management and optimisation of employee benefit programmes across Europe. This role plays a critical part in ensuring benefits are competitive, cost‑effective, compliant and aligned with the company’s overall reward strategy.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The position partners closely with internal stakeholders (Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll) and external vendors and advisors to manage benefit renewals, lead market reviews, negotiate rates and terms, support RFP processes and deliver clear and effective benefits communications to employees.</p>\n<h2>The Opportunity</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage the day-to-day administration, governance and compliance of employee benefits programmes across the business.</li>\n <li>Lead annual benefits renewals, vendor negotiations and RFP processes, ensuring strong service delivery and value optimisation.</li>\n <li>Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Finance and external brokers to manage enrolment, deductions, budgeting and issue resolution.</li>\n <li>Conduct market benchmarking, utilisation reviews and cost-benefit analysis to support competitive and commercially effective benefits offerings.</li>\n <li>Support the development and implementation of benefits strategy aligned to Total Rewards and wider people objectives.</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience, improve operational efficiency and simplify benefits administration.</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver clear employee benefits communications and act as a subject matter expert for HR and employee queries.</li>\n <li>Ensure benefits programmes remain compliant with local legislation, governance standards and internal policies.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate documentation, policies and reporting while presenting recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Skills & Experience</p>\n<p>Essential</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven years’ experience in benefits administration or benefits management within a professional environment.</li>\n <li>Strong experience managing benefit renewals, vendor negotiations and RFP processes.</li>\n <li>Good understanding of benefits markets, plan design, benchmarking and cost drivers.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate complex benefits information clearly and effectively.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Desirable</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting regional or multi-country benefits programmes.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with HRIS and benefits technology platforms.</li>\n <li>Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#L1-NK!</p>\n<h2>About us</h2>\n<p>Linesight is a highly successful global project and cost management consultancy that keeps clients coming back.
