Students selected for this team will serve in one or several functional roles, each shaping a different part of the platform experience.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About Be Connected</strong></h1><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Be Connected is Bradley&rsquo;s unified digital experience platform&mdash;your one-stop hub for systems, services, events, academics, campus life, and more. Its purpose is to provide a holistic, student-centered digital experience that improves success, connection, and confidence across all Bradley communities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Whether it&rsquo;s finding resources, navigating campus services, or staying engaged, Be Connected aims to make information easy, intuitive, and accessible when users need it.</p><h1 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>You will help with the following tasks as part of a team of students.</strong></h1><h3 style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>1. User Testing &amp; Satisfaction</strong></h3><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Organize small focus groups and usability tests.</li><li>Identify issues and propose actionable improvements.</li><li>Assist in analyzing analytics</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>2. Communications</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Build and execute a Communications Plan</li><li>Create visuals or short-form videos&nbsp;</li><li>Support accessibility improvements in written content.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>3.
