    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><u>ABOUT RVL PHARMACY</u></strong></p><p>RVL Pharmacy is a growing mail order pharmacy that specializes in ocular aesthetics and skincare. We serve cash pay patients and pride ourselves on cultivating a strong relationship with our patients and healthcare providers.&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>POSITION OVERVIEW</u></strong></p><p>The Pharmacist will oversee the daily production and maintain quality and service levels of all inbound and outbound prescriptions in a mail order pharmacy. Along with the members of the pharmacy team, the Pharmacist will provide high levels of customer service to patients to ensure they have a positive and exceptional experience in filling their prescriptions. The Pharmacist will also be a key contributor in the continued development of the pharmacy program and policies to ensure successful implementation and execution of the pharmacy&rsquo;s strategies. <strong>This is a full-time position that <u>requires</u> a pharmacist license in the states of California and New Jersey.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><u><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></u></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Verify prescriptions at any point of the workflow.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain the standards of the pharmacy according to policies and procedures as well as Board of Pharmacy regulations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Pack and dispense prescriptions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain daily production, quality and service levels.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct patient consultations and answer prescription status questions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage and oversee the work of Pharmacy Technician Supervisors and Pharmacy Technicians.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Additional responsibilities may include:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\"><li>Interpreting physicians&#39; prescriptions.</li><li>Contacting doctors, other prescribers and/or patients to verify information on prescriptions, such as prescription signature and drug name, in order to expedite processing of orders.</li><li>Contacting physicians for new and/or transfer authorization.</li><li>Ensure quality assurance of the work performed by Pharmacy Technician Supervisors and Pharmacy Technicians.</li><li>Consulting with patients, if applicable, regarding the use of medications and potential drug interactions.</li><li>Backing up other pharmacists as needed and performing additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong><u>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">BS degree or PharmD degree in Pharmacy, with 1-3 years of experience as a pharmacist required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Must be licensed in the state of New Jersey and California</strong>.
