We are committed to fostering a company culture with a growth mindset focused on daily wins, solid workflow, and giving 110% every day.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Palisade Pest Control employees represent the promise and commitment to our customers of exceptional service, professionalism, and integrity. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">The successful candidate will be responsible for:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Responsible for recurring pest control services for regular customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Follow a route schedule and arrive on-time to each customer, treat each customer with kindness and respect, select the appropriate treatment for each customer’s needs, safely apply pest control treatments according to company policy and label instructions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Operate a company vehicle safely and keep it clean</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Complete the required documentation after each property visit</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Responding to all customer needs, including re-services, as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Required Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">High school diploma or GED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Clean driving record</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPad</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Pass background check and drug screen</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Work Hours:</span> Full-Time, M-F<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Benefit Package:</span> Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Vehicle, Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Compensation:</span> Base + Commission</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">About Palisade Pest Control:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px; font-family: Arial;\">Founded in 2021, Palisade Pest Control has grown from a single office in Rogers, Arkansas to multiple locations in Arkansas, Missouri and Oklahoma with continued plans for expansion.
