This role requires the ability to set up, operate, monitor, and maintain packaging equipment while ensuring compliance with company, safety, and quality standards.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Setup and operate designated packaging machines; monitor operations for malfunctions and make minor adjustments as needed.</li><li>Verify that materials being packaged meet all specifications and quality requirements.</li><li>Track and properly dispose of rework materials.</li><li>Operate various palletizing and packaging systems, including:<ul><li>Citric Acid High-Speed Bag Line Palletizer</li><li>Sodium Citrate/Potassium Citrate High-Speed Bag Line Palletizer</li><li>Powder Drum Line Palletizer</li><li>Citric and Salts Drum Line Palletizer</li><li>Citrosol Loading Equipment</li><li>Stretch Wrappers</li><li>Citri-Stim Packaging Palletizer</li></ul></li><li>Coordinate with the lead operator or foreman regarding packaging needs for the shift.</li><li>Clean and maintain packaging equipment in a safe and orderly condition.</li><li>Collect samples of packaged materials for Quality Control (QC) testing.</li><li>Observe packaging operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.</li><li>Read and interpret work orders, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and other documentation to determine specifications.</li><li>Transfer materials, supplies, and products between work areas using appropriate equipment and tools.</li><li>Assist in loading trucks in the shipping area as needed.</li><li>Adhere to ADM and OSHA safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Quality Assurance (QA) specifications.</li></ul><strong>Required Skills:</strong><ul><li>Ability to read and write effectively.</li><li>Basic computer literacy, including keyboard and mouse operation.</li><li>Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.</li><li>Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li></ul><strong>Desired Experience:</strong><ul><li>Previous experience in an industrial environment preferred.</li></ul><div>ADM requires the successful completion of&nbsp;a&nbsp;background check.&nbsp;<br><br>REF:106628BR</div>",
