This position also serves as back up to Route Drivers and Warehouse Employees</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></u></p><ul><li>Ensure all Route Drivers are loaded and ready to start routes on time each morning.</li><li>Ensure drivers rotate product regularly and manage par levels.</li><li>Perform at least four quality control checks per route each month.</li><li>Work with Branch Manager to maximize route efficiency.</li><li>Oversee daily pulling of products and guarantee warehouse pulls are made so routes are ready for the next workday.</li><li>Collaborate with Customer Service team in overseeing daily field operations.</li><li>Oversee proper completion of all end of day paperwork by Route Drivers.</li><li>Make sure warehouse is kept clean and tidy.</li><li>Ensure all trucks are kept clean (inside and out), organized, and routinely maintained. Address vehicle problems and repairs, as needed.
