If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love the mountains, and value hospitality that feels personal—not transactional—this role is for you.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Guest Experience &amp; Service</p><ul><li>Provide outstanding, personalized bar service to guests and members with efficiency and enthusiasm.</li><li>Engage guests in conversation and make thoughtful product recommendations based on preferences.</li><li>Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy, consistency, and presentation aligned with Gravity Haus standards.</li><li>Ensure guests feel seen, welcomed, and taken care of from first pour to last sip.</li><li>Educate guests and members on special offerings, tastings, Haus events, or membership benefits.</li></ul><p>Bar Operations</p><ul><li>Set up, break down, and maintain a clean and organized bar environment at all times.</li><li>Follow recipes and portion standards consistently while also contributing creative ideas.</li><li>Manage cash/credit transactions and reconcile daily sales accurately.</li><li>Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs, shortages, or waste concerns.</li><li>Follow and enforce all safety, TIPS certification, and alcohol service procedures.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of glassware, tools, bar tops, and all beverage equipment.</li><li>Support service staff and jump in where needed to help the team succeed.</li></ul><p>Team &amp; Culture</p><ul><li>Collaborate with the F&amp;B team to execute smooth service during peak periods.</li><li>Assist in training new bar staff as needed.</li><li>Participate in team meetings, menu updates, and seasonal programming.</li><li>Be a Gravity Haus Ambassador—representing our mission, values, and lifestyle.</li><li>Bring your personality to work. Have fun. Create powerful moments.</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of bartending experience (craft or scratch bar experience preferred).</li><li>Strong product knowledge across spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and seasonal beverage trends.</li><li>A polished, friendly, and engaging presence behind the bar.</li><li>Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.</li><li>A collaborative mindset and willingness to support both front and back of house teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and guest service skills.</li><li>A proactive, solution-oriented approach to service and operations.</li><li>A genuine passion for hospitality, outdoor adventure, and the Gravity Haus lifestyle.</li><li>Must be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain required alcohol service certifications.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods.</li><li>Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Ability to bend, reach, and move quickly during service.</li></ul><p><strong>About Gravity Haus</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Gravity Haus is a community-driven adventure lifestyle brand with hotels, restaurants, and experiences that empower a modern way of travel.
