Kelvion &ndash; Together, We Shape the Future</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>Design and detailing of air cooled heat exchangers involving mechanical design and fabrication details by performing the following duties.</p><p><strong>What you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Detail air-cooled heat exchangers for shop fabrication.</li><li>Prepare shop detail drawings, including bundle assemblies, plenums, columns, ladders and platforms.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate with mechanical design engineers and shop personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>General knowledge of welded steel fabrication practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Drafting skills &ndash; 3D assembly and part modeling, 2D parts drawings and flat patterns</li><li>Computer skills must include Windows and Microsoft Office.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with American Petroleum Institute 661.</li><li>Familiar with OSHA requirements regarding walkways, handrails, stairs and equipment guards.&nbsp;</li><li>Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on&ndash;site, ability to work overtime.</li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management.</li><li>Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department.</li></ul><p><strong><u>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)</u></strong></p><p>Must have a minimum of either:</p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Certification with Fundamentals and Principles of CAD Design classes and a minimum of three (3) years&rsquo; experience in heat exchanger and/or structural steel drafting;&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Or</p><ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree in CAD Drafting and Design with a minimum of one (1) year experience in structural steel fabrication drafting.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer YOU:</strong></p><p>At Kelvion, we take your well-being seriously.
