Our mission is to provide high-quality evidence-based, family- centered therapies and family support based on the principles and practices of applied behavior analysis (ABA).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Monitor and document progress toward treatment goals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Provide reinforcement for positive behaviors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Communicate effectively with clients, parents, caregivers, and the BCBA.</span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Maintain client confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.</span><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px\">Technicians typically start with a part-time caseload of about 20 hours per week, depending on the location, with potential to increase hours as opportunities arise.
