More about the role: The Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and refine communication tools, including key messaging, Q&A documents, press releases, speeches, and other materials, as requested. Contribute to the development of an internal communication strategy and tools. Support internal communications and key employee initiatives (internal events, newsletter, articles, etc.). Contribute to content production for internal and external communications tools and platforms, such as web articles, consultation content and graphic design support. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work within tight timelines. The Requirements Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in internal communications or a comparable corporate communications role. Strong writing, editing, and project management skills. Fluency in English and French (written and spoken). Ability to create links and maintain strong internal relationships.
