    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong><u>Job Summary- Janitor&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>&bull;Keep the store in immaculate condition, while assisting customers with location of items.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Respond promptly to maintenance calls by attending to spills, breakage and other incidents.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Maintain and operate an electronic floor monitoring system.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Maintain sanitation and supplies of all restrooms.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Assigned tasks include: sweeping and mopping floors, replacing light bulbs, cleaning windows, emptying trash and garbage cans and other jobs required as store needs.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, cases, sidewalks, parking lot and throughout the store and reporting hazards to Store Management.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Properly handle products and equipment and follow sanitation practices for food safety guidelines. &nbsp;</p><p>*Other duties as assigned by managers</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Physical Demands&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>&bull;Stand on feet, bend, stoop or walk for majority of time on duty.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Work with cleaning solutions and chemicals.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Use of basic tools and equipment such as a ladder, compactor, bailer and other power equipment.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;Ability to wear company uniform and maintain a groomed appearance.</p><p><br></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Skills Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom:0in;margin-top:0in;\" type=\"disc\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Friendly personality and &ldquo;customer service&rdquo; mentality.</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Must be capable of learning to operate necessary equipment.</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Must be able to properly use necessary cleaning supplies and hazardous materials.</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Excellent time management skills.</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Must be able to work 13-29 hours per week.</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Must have weekend availability</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
