Benefits are available to regular employees, including part-time and fixed-term roles, as well as interns, with eligibility varying by benefit. Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and scale manufacturing processes for capacitor production, with a focus on coatings, materials integration, and process robustness. Define end-to-end process flows, including process steps, key parameters, control limits, and acceptance criteria. Design, write, and execute detailed test plans to evaluate new materials, coatings, and process changes. Plan and conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to systematically improve yield, performance, and manufacturability. Work directly with the capacitor manufacturing team to run experiments, collect data, and implement process improvements on the production line. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and translate findings into actionable process changes. Generate clear, thorough documentation, including process specifications, work instructions, test reports, and manufacturing change documentation.
