The Category Manager Team Lead has to clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to upper management.</span></p>\n<p><br><br><br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Category Managers to achieve category sales, margin, and growth targets.</li>\n<li>Oversee the performance of multiple categories and ensure alignment with overall company strategy.</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting supplier relationships based on trust and mutual growth.</li>\n<li>Support the team in negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profit and visibility.</li>\n<li>Analyze category data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.</li>\n<li>Approve new listings, pricing, and promotional plans across categories.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.</li>\n<li>Identify process gaps and propose solutions to improve efficiency and performance.</li>\n<li>Act as the main point of contact between the commercial team and senior management for category updates and strategy alignment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven work experience as a Category Manager Team Lead, Senior Category Manager, or similar leadership role.</li>\n<li>FMCG retail experience is a must; e-commerce retail experience is preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of commercial and supply chain operations.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in managing and developing teams.</li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in Tableau is a plus.</li>\n<li>BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.</li>\n</ul>",
