Balance Health is looking for a Podiatrist to join our team at our Las Vegas Foot and Ankle brand. Las Vegas Foot and Ankle Center has two offices in Henderson, Nevada, providing exceptional care to informed patients of all ages. The practice has experienced podiatrists who listen and respond to patients, treating each one as a unique individual deserving of first-rate, personalized care. The Las Vegas Foot and Ankle Centers podiatrists prevent, identify, and treat diabetic foot problems with outstanding success to allow our patients to lead active, healthy lives. Under the direction of the CMO, the Podiatrist provides routine and referral podiatric services to patients. Examine patients’ legs and feet to diagnose diseases Treat bone, muscle, and joint disorders affecting the feet and ankles Perform wound care management Diagnose diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle using medical histories, physical examinations, x-rays, and laboratory test results Prescribes medications, corrective devices, physical therapy, or surgery Advise patients about treatments and foot and ankle care techniques necessary for prevention of future problems Provide education/consultation to patients, family, and health care team Provide health promotion and preventive medicine Maintain appropriate medical records on assigned patients
