We are committed to attracting a team that is passionate, innovative, and committed to meeting our customer&rsquo;s needs.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>This is a hands on, working manager position!</strong> This position will report up to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising a group of warehouse employees. Assigning tasks as necessary to ensure that work is complete and proper usage of available resources. This role will assist in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, and checking-in merchandise. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, collaborate effectively and professionally with the team, and will lead by example.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on qualifications&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul><li><strong>Days Working:&nbsp;</strong>Sunday &ndash; Thursday (Friday coverage as needed)</li><li><strong>Days Off:&nbsp;</strong>Friday &amp; Saturday&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Hours Working:&nbsp;</strong>4 PM till complete</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What we look for:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED preferred with 2-4 years of related experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3+ years of management experience is preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations and work in a fast paced and rapidly growing distribution environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Obtain licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What you&rsquo;ll do:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">SAFETY FIRST.
