Additionally, you will train under our CEO and Managing Consultants to learn and implement Cardinal Education’s proven pedagogy. This job is currently open to applicants in both a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Full-Time </span>and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Part-Time</span> capacity. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14pt\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Admissions Training. </span>You will become an expert at private school admissions with training from the Company. From shadowing consultations to receiving training from current admissions consultants and meeting with the CEO routinely, an entire training program will be designed to help you hone your skills to become a well-rounded and thoughtful consultant. You will learn about the admissions process for private schools, national and international, the background of each school, and the skills to communicate effectively with families about how to significantly improve their chances of admission.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Admissions Consulting.</span> You will become an essential component of the Private School Admissions Team (PSA). Under the guidance of the CEO and the Team, you will work with families and develop personal narratives that are introspective and compelling. You will assist with brainstorming, outlining, condensing, and proofreading student essays. You will also work with students on interview preparation and consult with families as needed on other parts of the application process. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14pt\">Qualifications:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Eligibility</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and commit to the role for a minimum of one full year.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Has at least 3 years of experience in private school admissions consulting or college admissions consulting.<br>OR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Has at least 2 years of experience working in a private school’s admissions team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Proven success in managing, developing, and/or completing complex projects in a team setting.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Required Education</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree from a nationally accredited university.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge and Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">A high level of energy and sociability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">A native or high-level command of the English language.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Exceptional writing/editing ability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate effectively with a broad spectrum of people, including executives, students, parents, and other admissions consultants.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced work environment with multiple deadlines.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Proficiency in the Google Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with <a href=\"http://monday.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Monday.com</a>, Vonage, client-facing sales, and/or marketing strategies is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(67, 67, 67); font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 14pt\">Part-Time Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Competitive hourly rate: $100-150+ with substantial room for continued compensation growth based on performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Training and Administrative work hourly compensation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Regular Training on Pedagogy, Sales, and how to take on a wider variety of families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Reimbursement for meeting software.</span></li>\n</ul>",
