    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide technical expertise and support for growth of Insulating Monolithics Sales in &nbsp;Refinery, Fertilizers, Power Plants ,Cement, Aluminum. Copper, DRI &nbsp;industries related equipment.</li><li>Preparing and conducting technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives</li><li>Participate in Technical discussions, Product installations, Follow up on enquiries/Offers/Orders, Execution of supplies/applications with customers. &nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with plant technical teams to resolve application issues and recommend performance improvements.</li><li>Monitor product performance KPIs &nbsp;and build technical dossiers.</li><li>Support sales and business development by conducting techno-commercial discussions, product presentations, and site visits.</li><li>Identify customer needs and gaps; propose tailored solutions or product customization.</li><li>Assist in new product introductions, trials, and performance validation in close coordination with R&amp;D/QC and manufacturing.</li><li>Collaborate with commercial teams to support tenders, proposals, and cost-performance evaluations.</li><li>Provide internal and customer training sessions on product applications and best practices.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Requirements:</p><p>Essential:</p><ul><li>B.Tech- Chemical/Metallurgy/Ceramic</li><li>Experience in refractory application &amp; engineering preferably in the Refinery, Fertilizers, Power Plants ,Cement, Aluminum. Copper, DRI &nbsp;industries</li><li>Hands-on experience in Refractory installations, Project /shutdown executions similar equipment</li><li>Strong field exposure and understanding of Refinery, Fertilizers, Power Plants ,Cement, Aluminum.
