    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p>The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation and management of the warehouse. This includes receiving, preparing, and delivering products, materials, and supplies to the appropriate departments or locations. The Warehouse Associate will also be responsible for keeping accurate records and tracking inventory.</p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists with incoming materials; sorts and inspects and receives paperwork into Oracle.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Checks in and puts away shipments from vendors as needed.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in maintaining accurate inventory of tools and repair materials in the warehouse.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Performs Cycle counts and Physical Inventory as required.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Fills and ships orders as needed to support the business.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Assists in maintaining and ensuring adequate inventory in the warehouse.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Repackages inventory as needed for project consumption.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Stocks and inventories outbound trailers.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Unloads and segregates trailers’ stock by yellow tag/green tag.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Manages yellow tag area testing and disposition.<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Maintains organized work environment including the tool crib/stock locations and yellow tag area.</p><p><strong>Education/ Skills/ Experience:</strong></p><p>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Warehouse or material handling experience required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to interpret and accurately receive paperwork<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain accurate inventory<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to safely operate equipment such as forklifts<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to adapt to adjusted, changed, or improved work instructions<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic computer skills required<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Good organizational and communication skills<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to work independently and within a group setting<br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to maintain safe work environment<br>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skill Requirements&nbsp;</strong></p><p><br>•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;General warehouse responsibilities including receiving, delivery and operation of forklifts and other equipment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
