Casino & Hotel by sourcing high‑quality products, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost‑effective procurement processes. Your ability to research product requirements, negotiate competitive pricing, and maintain accurate inventory records helps ensure that every department has the materials and supplies needed to operate efficiently. Through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy and timeliness, you help uphold smooth purchasing operations and contribute to the overall productivity and financial performance of the property.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for negotiating with vendors to find a quality product at competitive prices and adequate delivery time.</li>\n <li>Coordinates the purchase order and bid solicitation process.</li>\n <li>Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of the warehouse.</li>\n <li>Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills to Help You Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of OSHA storage regulations and hazardous chemical labeling and other applicable OSHA requirements.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of gaming and alcohol beverage control laws and regulations.</li>\n <li>Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. AS400 Stratton Warren preferred. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-Haves:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum one (1) years of Purchasing, Inventory or Finance experience utilizing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platform.</li>\n <li>Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all aspects of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse teams, operations, and finance teams.</li>\n <li>Manage multiple projects concurrently to support an efficient and productive work environment. </li>\n <li>Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity. </li>\n <li>Coordinate closely with leadership to ensure projects are assigned clear, realistic deadlines and are delivered on time. </li>\n <li>Proactively communicate project status, including any delays or risks, to stakeholders and requestors. </li>\n <li>Prioritize projects strategically based on business impact and urgency to ensure critical initiatives are completed first.</li>\n <li>Maintaining forms to be used by the department and working with leadership to update as needed and ensure any changes are implemented.</li>\n <li>Experience with Excel and Microsoft Programs</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency, and/or PGCB, and LSP, and any other future gaming entity requirements.</li>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position is an on-property position. </li>\n <li>Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time as required by the job (office work and training classroom style or via teams). </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Perks We Offer You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive group health benefits for full-time and part-time Team Members and their eligible dependents.
