      "value": "<strong>Focus: designing data strategies and target visions</strong><ul><li>You operate at the interface of business and technology and develop comprehensive data strategies, operating models, governance structures, and roadmaps that enable companies to operate in a data-driven manner</li><li>You analyze the status quo, define a data vision as well as strategic goals, and derive concrete initiatives such as data products, use cases, or data capabilities</li><li>You design data operating models including roles (e.g., Data Owners, Stewards), processes, and tools and support their implementation</li><li>You design and refine data governance frameworks and support clients in building scalable standards and structures</li><li>You lead conceptual discussions on data architecture and act as a link between the client side and the technical specialists in our development department</li><li>You prepare workshops and management presentations and moderate them confidently</li><li>You evaluate current developments in the field of AI with regard to their impact on data strategies and integrate these into your recommendations</li></ul><strong>Additional responsibilities as Senior Tech Consultant</strong><ul><li>Lead data strategy projects or major workstreams end-to-end (scope, approach, deliverables, quality, steering)</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy and operating model topics for senior client stakeholders.</li><li>Shape data strategy approaches and frameworks within our company and ensure their consistent application across projects</li><li>Take a visible role in business development (e.g., identifying opportunities, contributing to proposals, co-developing offerings in data strategy)</li><li>Mentor and coach more junior colleagues and foster a culture of knowledge sharing on data strategy and governance</li></ul>"
