Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary: </strong>Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Noble Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel</strong>: Travel may be required to meet with State Boards of Pharmacy. Attendance at various Noble business and management conferences may be required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shifts</strong>: Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows the Noble Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions and counsel patients</li>\n <li>Support fulfillment of specialty or niche distribution products</li>\n <li>Obtain and maintain licensure in other states as required</li>\n <li>Provide support and guidance to patients as part of Noble’s Clinical Management Programs</li>\n <li>Always ensure compliance with all Noble policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Participate in after-hours/on-call rotation as required</li>\n <li>Performs all quality assurance steps to ensure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a timely manner, in accordance with company guidelines</li>\n <li>Follows all State and Federal guidelines governing the practice of Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Monitors all claims for proper reimbursement and collection of funds due</li>\n <li>Manages and balances the pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum turns while remaining in-stock for customer needs. Oversees the transmitting, processing, and receiving of orders to and from the Noble Warehouse and additional suppliers as needed</li>\n <li>Oversees the checking of pharmacy inventory for outdates and processing of all returns</li>\n <li>Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines</li>\n <li>Ensures compliance with all rules and regulations pertaining to Mississippi, New York State, and all other states that prescriptions are dispensed and delivered to</li>\n <li>Ensures in-store pharmacy technology is being used to its fullest potential to ensure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span</li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service is always exhibited by all employees</li>\n <li>Ensure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li>\n <li>Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to ensure a clean and professional environment</li>\n <li>Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions</li>\n <li>Maintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice</li>\n <li>Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information</li>\n <li>Facilitates communication between professional staff and Noble personnel</li>\n <li>Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guidelines and operating the pharmacy within said guidelines</li>\n <li>Assist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel</li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed </li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: BS degree in Pharmacy </li>\n <li>Preferred: PharmD degree in Pharmacy</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Compensation</u></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>$65.00-65.86 per hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state</strong><strong>,</strong><strong> and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements</strong><strong>.</strong></p>",
