As part of our commitment to delivering excellent customer satisfaction, we rely on the expertise and professionalism of our associates to ensure top-notch service. With the training we provide, you will help maintain our outstanding reputation in the marketplace.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Repair and maintain construction and mining equipment</li>\n\t<li>Travel to various job sites</li>\n\t<li>Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machinery</li>\n\t<li>Follow service manuals and use the necessary tools for repairs</li>\n\t<li>Measure, identify, and order replacement parts</li>\n\t<li>Use diagnostic equipment to adjust machines and systems</li>\n\t<li>Make warranty recommendations and provide detailed reports</li>\n\t<li>Perform minor welding, fabrication, plumbing alignment, and D.C. electric repairs</li>\n\t<li>Guide and supervise subordinates during repairs</li>\n\t<li>Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace</li>\n\t<li>Complete service reports in English</li>\n\t<li>Assist with parts ordering and warranty work orders</li>\n\t<li>Manage field service work orders and customer purchase orders</li>\n\t<li>Open and close work orders and handle service calls</li>\n\t<li>Provide customers with updates on job status and progress</li>\n\t<li>Participate in special projects as needed</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Non-Essential Job Functions</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assist the Service Manager with various tasks</li>\n\t<li>Maintain the cleanliness of your workspace and/or truck</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Physical Demands and Working Conditions</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Frequent walking and moving on uneven terrain</li>\n\t<li>Lifting over 50 lbs.</li>\n\t<li>Operating hand and power tools</li>\n\t<li>Reaching, bending, and climbing into/out of equipment</li>\n\t<li>Ability to read work tickets, parts, and service manuals</li>\n\t<li>Communicating via radio, phone, and in-person</li>\n\t<li>Sitting in equipment and vehicles</li>\n\t<li>Lying under equipment for repairs</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other MS Office programs</li>\n\t<li>Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills</li>\n\t<li>Ability to use office machines (fax, copier, computer, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Benefits Offered</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Paid Sick Leave, Vacation, and Holidays</li>\n\t<li>Full medical coverage (company pays 100% of premiums for employees and their families)</li>\n\t<li>Dental and Vision plans</li>\n\t<li>401K/Roth with company match</li>\n\t<li>Quarterly and Yearly Bonus programs</li>\n\t<li>Company Stock for employees with 5+ years of service</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>Note</strong>: This job description is not all-inclusive.
