This role is responsible for ensuring incoming materials and components consistently meet quality, performance, and delivery expectations while driving supplier accountability and continuous improvement initiatives.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is comfortable working across production, inspection, engineering, and supplier environments and has strong experience with supplier quality systems, root cause analysis, audits, and corrective actions.</p>\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Supplier Quality & Development</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead supplier qualification and onboarding activities</li>\n <li>Manage First Article Inspections (FAI) and supplier approval processes</li>\n <li>Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier quality documentation</li>\n <li>Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and process reviews</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Incoming Quality & Corrective Actions</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop incoming inspection plans and sampling strategies</li>\n <li>Manage nonconforming material and supplier containment actions</li>\n <li>Issue and manage Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs)</li>\n <li>Drive root cause analysis using 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, and related methodologies</li>\n <li>Track supplier performance and recurring quality issues</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Supplier Performance & Continuous Improvement</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics</li>\n <li>Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities</li>\n <li>Support supplier improvement projects focused on quality, delivery, and cost reduction</li>\n <li>Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Systems & Documentation</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain supplier quality records, inspection plans, and corrective action documentation</li>\n <li>Support ERP quality workflows within <strong>Odoo</strong></li>\n <li>Ensure specifications, drawings, and supplier requirements remain accurate and current</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Experience</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>3–5 years of Quality Engineering experience</li>\n <li>At least 2 years in Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, or Supplier Development</li>\n <li>Experience conducting supplier audits and managing corrective actions</li>\n <li>ERP experience required; <strong>Odoo experience strongly preferred</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Technical Skills</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation</li>\n <li>Inspection tools and measurement methods</li>\n <li>SPC, FMEA, control plans, AQL, and capability studies</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills</li>\n <li>Proficient in Excel and quality reporting</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Preferred Background</h3>\n<p>Experience within manufacturing, architectural products, aluminum, glass, hardware, or building products industries is a plus.</p>\n<p>ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA, CSSGB) preferred but not required.</p>\n<h2>What We’re Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Hands-on and detail-oriented mindset</li>\n <li>Strong communication and supplier management skills</li>\n <li>Data-driven decision maker</li>\n <li>Organized, accountable, and process-focused</li>\n <li>Continuous improvement mindset with strong follow-through</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Working Conditions</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>On-site manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Standing/walking for extended periods</li>\n <li>Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.</li>\n <li>Travel up to 15–25% for supplier audits and support, including occasional overnight travel</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Join EURO-WALL LLC</h2>\n<p>This is an opportunity to play a key role in strengthening supplier performance, improving product quality, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.</p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $90,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.",
