    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">The Data Solutions Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hanford Enterprise Data Management (EDM) program and related operational support activities. This key leadership role provides strategic direction, operational management, and fosters an environment of innovation through the transformation of how data is defined, captured, governed and reported on across the scope of our contract.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">This position will manage a data team who will be responsible for delivering data solutions that meet the customer’s expectations. The Data Solutions Manager will also be working closely with their counterparts within the Hanford Contractors and OSC Technical Solutions (OSCTS) leadership.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Major Activities (Typical Duties/Responsibilities)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Work with the HMIS EDM Manager and other Hanford Contractors to drive the direction of the EDM program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Coordinate work activities for the OSCTS data Team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Manage the OSCTS Data Team direct reports to include</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensuring accurate and timely timecard submissions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Employee goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Employee training objectives</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Perform other duties as appropriate and as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Data Management, Data Architecture and Data Governance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience in managing distributed teams. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience with On-Prem, Cloud and SaaS solutions for Data Storage, Processing and Management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience with Data Security models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Project Management experience, especially with Agile Methodologies, especially with Azure Dev Ops.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">In-depth understanding of database structure principles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Expertise with enterprise data management in SQL, Oracle, or other industry standard databases.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Experience with data visualization, data migration and data modeling.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and exercise excellent judgment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Superior organizational, follow-up, and detail-oriented skills. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
