Plan and coordinate the efforts of all craft persons under his/her supervision and provide all resources needed for the work to be done safely, correctly, and efficiently.&nbsp; Work with other foreman or crews to ensure that the work is coordinated and sequenced to assure that the flow of work and the schedule is maintained.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain positive working relationships with other foremen and crews.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain a safe and clean work environment and assure that high quality work is being performed at all times.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Conduct and/or participate in all safety, quality, production, and planning meetings.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assure all crew members evaluations/performance agreements are conducted.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Champion and promote a Continuous Improvement culture with all members of the crew.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Assure the accuracy of all time sheets, quantity and productivity reports.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Develop one-week and daily work plans, provide feedback on the 6-week schedule and know the critical path.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Establish weekly production goals for the crew and execute the work on time &amp; under budget.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Adhere to and support all company policies, procedures and “The Sundt Way” with regard to the work and people you supervise.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provides appropriate coaching and mentoring for crew members to help them be the best they can be.</span></li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Minimum Job Requirements</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must have a minimum of four years’ experience in the relevant construction market and an in-depth understanding of the trade you are supervising.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must set standards of excellence in leadership, safety, quality, and productivity for the members of his/her crew.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Note: Job Description is subject to change at any time and may include other duties as assigned.</span></i></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></span></p><ol><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Work up to a 12-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Will climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Will lift, push, or pull objects up to 50lbs. on an occasional basis</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Required to use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry or feel objects on a frequent basis</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">May reach above shoulder heights and below the waist on a frequent basis</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">May stoop, kneel, or bend, on an occasional basis</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Move in and around confined, cluttered and uneven areas.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">May use telephone, computer system, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors</span></li></ol><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><strong>Safety Level</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Safety-Sensitive</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Note: Jobs with the Safety-Sensitive designation are those that include tasks or duties that the employer reasonably believes could affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task or others such as operating a vehicle, operating equipment, operating machinery or power tools, repairing/maintaining the operation of any vehicle/equipment, the handling/disposal/transport of hazardous materials, or the handling/treatment/disposal of potentially flammable/combustible materials.</span></p>",
